How it began
We met in the University — Saumi was two years younger than me, and I was her senior. Instantly, we were attracted to each other; we knew the other was someone special.
From the moment we first met, sparks started to fly. We ate Pani poori and, despite Saumi having a terrible cold, she enjoyed Orange juice, saying it’s vitamin C, it’s good for us.
That night I dropped her off. She glanced a longing look at me, and left — taking my heart permanently.
Then we started to have long glances at each other when passing in the corridor — smiles, blushes, and endless chats in the evening.
And then, on the most beautiful day for a lover — 14th of February — I asked her out. Holding her hand, looking at her eyes, I nervously told her… asked… shall we embark on a journey together?
And… She said Yes!
That was 06 years ago! 06 years, filled with laughter, cuddles, emotions, and passion… A time filled with nothing but love, care, respect and admiration for one another!
Today, after a long journey, we have come to the mountaintop — only to embark on another adventure.
